Remove __DW_DESKTOP__ and rename __DW_MOBILE__ to DW_MOBILE. After thinking about it, __DW means an internal define, which is not how DW_MOBILE is meant to be used. DW_DESKTOP is already in use, so we will just use DW_MOBILE to identify mobile platforms, if it isn't set it is a desktop applicatiob platform.
