Change mouse cursor definitions under GTK. DW_POINTER_ARROW now uses "default" left pointing arrow, and DW_POINTER_CLOCK uses "default" clock; this is a really cool animated hourglass under RedHat 9.0!

# The "rcsinfo" file is used to control templates with which the editor
