Step 1 in modernizing the GTK3 module.
Removed all the thread arrays, switching to using pthread_setspecific() to use TLS.
Also simplified the clipboard functions.
The dw_clipboard_get() function returns a malloc()ed buffer which needs to be dw_free()ed.
