Mac: Fix object/memory leaks... retain objects created with *_new()
Then once added to a box with dw_box_pack_*() release and autorelease.
So when the window is closed the objects should all get released.
This is how it was originally designed, but it was never enabled.
Similar changes coming to iOS soon.
