annotate dll/placehold @ 1164:cb1e6b29aa7d

Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Include revision number on OS/2 using EMX/gcc. Having trouble figuring out how to do this with VAC/nmake.
