annotate dll/placehold @ 2221:9f336ce185fd

Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Update Unix make rules for clean and dist taking into account 3.1 changes. Also update the readme removing redundant and slightly inaccurate info.
