annotate dll/placehold @ 1165:590740c9c5c6

Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Experimental change to link with static -lgcc... this elimates the need for the gccxxx.dll however...I tried -lc_s to get rid of libc063.dll but it was missing symbols.
